The passing of the Health & Safety at Work Act earlier this year was a call for businesses to review workplace safety. Transdev Auckland is taking a lead role in ensuring staff can return home without injury, with Managing Director Martin Kearney joining the leaders of over 100 New Zealand businesses on the Business Leaders Health & Safety Forum.
The journey to be a Zero Harm workplace was kick-started by Martin co-signing The Pledge, alongside the Forum Sponsor, the Honourable Michael Woodhouse, Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety. This Pledge is visible around Transdev Auckland including at book-ons, gated stations and head office.
